a. How do I place an order?
Once you’ve decided a product(s), color(s), size(s) & quantity, just simply click the “Add to Cart” button beside the quantity, click ‘View Cart’ on the upper right corner of your screen and proceed to Checkout. This also applies for multiple product purchase.
b. What payment methods do you accept?
Osmiva offers several payment options for your convenience. We accept Paypal, and Visa/ MasterCard Credit Card through Paypal.
c. I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email from Osmiva within a few hours of placing your order please check your Spam folder, alternatively the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. If you still need assistance, please contact our support team.
d. How do I change or cancel my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Easy Returns Policy.
e. Oops! I was so excited to place my order that I forgot to use my code.
We understand that these things can happen. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been placed cannot be changed.
f. What if my credit card is declined?
If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.
a. Where are your items shipped?
Orders in our store are shipped from the United States, Europe and Asia. Because our items are stored in several warehouses, your order maybe shipped in separate packages for faster delivery.
b. How long do I wait until my order is sent out?
Our handling time takes 2-5 business days. This means that your order(s) will generally be sent out within this period.
c. When will I receive my items after I place my order?
The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delays may occur due to holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment. Our Standard Shipping typically takes 2-6 weeks and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package.
d. How do I track my order?
